Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy on items that are unopened, unworn, and still in their original heat-sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, any items that have been tried on or removed from their protective seal are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached and has not been worn or tried on.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unopened product in a shipping box or mailer, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our warehouse; once our quality control team inspects the seal, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
